NearSay is a lightweight product. This page explains what information we collect when you sign up for updates,
how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Email address (when you submit the “Get updates” form).
- Basic technical information (such as approximate request metadata like browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your information
- To send occasional product updates or launch announcements.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the signup form (e.g., rate limiting and spam prevention).
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your email address.
- We do not use your email for targeted advertising.
Where data is stored
Signup information is stored securely in our backend database (Firebase/Google Cloud). Access is restricted to operate the product.
Data retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until we no longer need it for updates.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails (when available).
- You can request deletion by emailing us here.
